This is a hearty, healthy meal, with soy proteins and our famous chipotle spice mix that makes it unique. Rediscover chili with a twist!


You will need :

  • One can of diced tomatoes (796 mL)

  • 3 3/4 cups of water (950 ml)

  • salt and pepper to taste


Preparation with a slow cooker :

  1. Pour the contents of the jar, the can of tomatoes and the water into a slow cooker.

  2. Stir them together to thoroughly mix the ingredients.

  3. Cover and cook for about 6 hours at high temperature

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste


Preparation with a cauldron on the stove:

  1. Pour the water into a cauldron, bring to a boil

  2. Reduce heat to medium/low

  3. Pour the contents of the jar and the can of tomato then mix everything together

  4. Cover and cook for about 3 hours or until desired consistency.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste


Optional: At the end of cooking time, stir in 1 can of corn or 1 cup of frozen corn, and wait a few minutes until it is hot. Serve with freshly chopped coriander and lime juice.
